Youth & Teen Fitness Program consists of movement and classroom activities that educate teens about their bodies, nutrition, and fitness as part of their daily life.
Youth Fitness (8-17yrs)
Our Youth Fit Program is designed to challenge and inspire our teenagers to live healthily, and to spread the word about healthy living. Learning about exercise and nutrition is a great start towards a healthy life.
Soccer Skills Training (5-16yrs)
In this course you will learn the basics of soccer including fundamentals, conditioning, and sport specific training. Players should come dressed in athletic clothing.
Basketball Skills Training (5-17yrs)
In this course you will learn the basics of basketball, including fundamentals, conditioning, and sports specific training. Players should dressed in athletic clothing.
Double Dutch Training (7-12yrs) Double Dutch training is designed to introduce youth to the fun and healthy activity of jumping rope. Participants will learn the fundamentals of jumping, turning, and competition techniques while enhancing coordination, timing, endurance, and overall fitness.
